WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE SUMMIT?

A welcome reception will be held the evening of Monday, February 5, 2024. Conference dates are all day Tuesday, February 6, and the morning of Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?

Registration fees include access to all conference activities and meals:

  • Monday, February 5 – Evening welcome reception, 5:30 – 7:30 pm
  • Tuesday, February 6 – Full-day program; continental breakfast starting at 7:45 am, lunch at 12 pm, and reception at 4:45 pm
  • Wednesday, February 7 – half-day program; continental breakfast starting at 7:45 am, lunch at 12 pm

WHO IS ATTENDING THE SUMMIT?

Attendance at New Start Summit is intended for college and university leaders engaged in new student recruitment. The event is by invitation only. Please contact helpdesk@newstartsummit.com if you are interested in attending.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?

The registration fee for college, university and association attendees is $795. The registration fee for corporate and non-university attendees is $1,450.

CAN MY ORGANIZATION PAY OUR REGISTRATION FEE BY CHECK?

Payment for New Start Summit is by credit card only. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact helpdesk@newstartsummit.com.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY REGISTRATION?

If you need to make any changes to your registration, please email helpdesk@newstartsummit.com.

IF I NEED TO CANCEL, HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?

No refunds will be given after December 22, 2023. Please email helpdesk@newstartsummit.com with any cancellation requests.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION?

All confirmations are sent via email at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still need a copy of your confirmation or receipt, please email helpdesk@newstartsummit.com.

WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 5 miles away, and travel time is 10 minutes, depending on traffic.

DOES THE SUMMIT HOTEL OFFER A ROOM BLOCK WITH DISCOUNTED PRICING?
